Own and use the latest high-tech equipment. i.e. Electrical Moisture meter, digital thermometers.

Fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.

Generate an easy to read comprehensive inspection report with digital photos in a 3 ring binder, with pre-closing checklist, NACHI SOP, an 80 page Homeowners Handbook, and all photos burned on a CD.
